Pricing

The supply of basic groceries, which includes most food and beverages marketed for
human consumption, is "zero-rated".
However, certain categories of food products such as candies and
confectionery and carbonated beverages are taxable.
 


Note: Zero-rated" means subject to the GST/HST at 0%.

Returns

If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

  

Shipping

Shipping times vary by location. These are our estimates after a processing time of 1-3 business days.

* Max delivery time from the date of order placed is 4-14 business days, depending on location.  

* With some products the shipping confirmation notification may be delayed 

*Due to lockdowns with respect to Covid-19, there may be additional unforeseen carrier delays that could affect shipping times. It is our wish that these issues do not affect you greatly in receiving your product.

*With the extreme amount of logistics backlog due to Covid-19 and the seasonal influx of orders, shipping delays can occur.

*Please note: Shipping delays are out of our control. We do our best to have your product delivered to you in a timely manner. 

There is no guarantee that your address can be changed but we will do our best, normally addresses cannot be changed once the package has been shipped. If we are unable to have the address changed on your package the alternative is to have the package held at the depot for pick up.

Once you receive a tracking number this is confirmation that your package has been dispatched
